Led a 50-personnel team in the IT discovery of three public sector sites on behalf of Microsoft Consulting Services. This vital discovery led to dozens of vital risks discovered and more than $100 million in program expansion.

• Led technical Architect Azure teams in migrating over 100,000 users to Azure cloud networks.
• Facilitated project milestones across multiple, geographically dispersed assessment teams to produce best-in-class cloud solutions.

• Responsible for billing, payroll, quality control, and work packages of over 50 team members.
• Formed business development teams to create and edit change requests for a $20 million consulting contract.
FastTrack Consulting Cost Initiative
Led the creation of the Consulting Cost reporting portal. This portal resulted in the 1st-ever visual representation of contractor/employee costs into a readable (Power BI) portal for key stakeholders, which led to more than 10% efficiency in hours.
This pilot report allowed leadership to suggest changes, visualize costs, and watch "where the money is going" in the Fast Track business organization.
Azure DevOps Security Scrum Business Process Creation
Led the security team implementation of a new KPI tracking the SLA overdue tickets of risk assessment items across functional teams and increase by 58% the closure rate of all risk assessment items (high, medium, low) for the security teams.
Because of this KPI, the security team has eliminated 100% of the high-risk overdue items since its implementation in October 2020. There is also now a 58% increase in the closure rate of all risk assessment items (high, medium, low).
The new “threat classification” measurement capability has helped introduce another KPI called Repeated Threat Categories across functional teams by this fiscal year. This KPI allows the security team to track and monitor the threats that are being left unresolved across the fiscal years. Resolving these threats first will challenge the red teams to come up with new tools and POCs for the following fiscal year assessments.
